Slowest rotating manmade object

According to Official Guinness Records,

The last sprocket in a set of reducing gear wheels in a demonstration apparatus designed by TJ Bivins of Wellsville, Kansas, USA, rotates so slowly that it would take 3,800,007,600 years for it to complete one revolution. The assembly is driven by a motor turning at 1,550 rpm.
