According to Official Guinness Records,

Toshiba's IK-HD1 camcorder measures 32.6x38.6x41 mm (1.28x1.51x1.61 in) and weighs 65 g (2.3 oz) but captures 1920 x 1080i 30 fps video. It connects via cable to a control unit. It was launche by Toshiba (Japan) in 2008.
