Smallest purpose-built cinema in operation

According to Official Guinness Records,

The smallest purpose-built cinema is the Cabiria Cine-Cafe which measures 24 m² (258.3 ft²) and has a seating capacity of 18. It was built by Renata Carneiro Agostinho da Silva (Brazil) in Brasilia DF, Brazil in 2008. The Cabiria Cine-Cafe is an officially registered cinema (with ANCINE the Agencia Nacional do Cine) and is still in operation, it recently held a film festival in November 2009. The cinema has a retractable projection screen of 2.5 m by 3 m, air conditioning, two rows of four chairs, two rows of three chairs, one row of two chiars and a two person sofa. It also has a toilet, a box office and a bar. Renata named the cinema Cabiria in tribute to Giuletta Masina the character from le Notti di Cabiria by Federico Felinni (Italy).
