The tallest Jenga tower to perform a pistol squat on is 37 levels, achieved by Silvio Sabba (Italy) in Rodano, Milan, Italy, on 26 October 2016. Silvio Sabba is a serial record breaker, he has beaten his previous record of 36 levels.
