According to Official Guinness Records,

The tallest object balanced on chin is 21.015 m (68 ft 11.36 in) by Ashrita Furman (USA), at Jamaica High School, New York, New York, USA, on 15 August 2011.
Ashrita balanced the fibreglass pole on his chin for 11.09 seconds, over the required 10 second limit.
