Youngest female to enter the UK Top 40 singles chart

According to Official Guinness Records,

The youngest female recording artist to enter the UK Top 40 is Willow Smith (USA), who was aged 10 years 42 days when 'Whip My Hair' entered the charts at number 2 on 12 December 2010.
Willow Smith is the daughter of the actor and hip hop artist Will Smith (USA) and actor Jada Pinkett-Smith (USA) and the sister of actor Jaden Smith (USA). She was born on 31 October 2000.
