According to Official Guinness Records,

The youngest individual to score 25,000 points in an NBA career is LeBron James (USA, b. 30 December 1984), who was 30 years 307 days old when he reached the landmark figure. He achieved this while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers on 2 November 2015. He scored the 25,000th career point in the fourth quarter of a 107–100 win by the Cleveland Cavaliers over the 76ers in Philadelphia. James became the 20th player in NBA history to score 25,000 career points.
