According to Official Guinness Records,

The farthest distance wall running is 3.49 m (11 ft 5.4 in) and was achieved by Amadei Weiland (Germany) on the set of Guinness World Records – Wir Holen Den Rekord Nach Deutschland, in Europa Park, Rust, Germany, on 13 July 2012.
