Fastest 100 miles ultra distance (women)

According to Official Guinness Records,

On 10–11 December 2016, Gina Slaby (USA) ran 100 miles in 13 hours 45 minutes 49 seconds at the Desert Solstice Invitational ultra-distance track meeting in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Slaby, a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, had originally registered for the 24-hour event, only to switch her focus mid-race to Ann Trason’s 1991 100-mile time when she realized that the world record was within reach. She averaged 8.15 minutes per mile around a 400-metre high-school track.As of January 2015, the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU) no longer classifies World Best Performances by surface, creating a single combined list of fastest times.
