According to Official Guinness Records,

Fastest half marathon dressed as a bottle (male) is 1 hr, 28 min and 53 sec and was achieved by Simon Ho, Chris Mallinson and Paul Prosser (all UK) at the Brighton Half Marathon 2015 in Brighton, East Sussex, UK, on 22 February 2015. The trio of record holding bottles started of as a four pack but teammate Steve Scott (UK) was left behind at the 4.5 mile mark.
