The fastest marathon carrying a 20-lb pack (male) is 2 hr 56 min 39 sec and was achieved by Mike Ellicock (UK) at the Virgin Money London Marathon in London, UK, on 26 April 2015.Ellicock's record was one of 34 records verified by GWR on the day of the 2015 Virgin Money London Marathon.
