According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon carrying a 60 lb pack is 4 hours, 34 minutes and 32 seconds and was achieved by Jussi Kallioniemi (Finland) in Vantaa, Finland, on 8 October 2016.Jussi wanted to attempt this record to show that anyone has the potential to run a marathon.
