According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people on a single pair of skis is 130 and was achieved by St1 (Finland), in Lahti, Finland, on 11 February 2016. The event was set up by St1 as a surprise for its employees to challenge, inspire, motivate and strengthen team spirit.
