According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a postman is 3 hr 45 min 06 sec, achieved by Brian Kirsopp (UK) at the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon in London, UK, on 23 April 2017. Brian works as a postman and is regularly the last postman in his office to return from his round, making him the slowest. By achieving the record he wanted to prove to his fellow postmen that he's actually the fastest.
