According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest-reigning, living monarch is Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (b. 21 April 1926), who succeeded to the throne on 6 February 1952 on the death of her father, King George VI. On 9 September 2015, Elizabeth's reign equalled and exceeded that of Queen Victoria, which had latest 63 years 216 days from 20 June 1837 to 22 January 1901. As of 4 April 2017, Queen Elizabeth II has has reigned uninterruptedly for 65 years 57 days.Elizabeth II is Queen of the United Kingdom and head of the Commonwealth. The year 2002 saw The Queen's Golden Jubilee, marking 50 years since The Queen's Accession. The year 2012 saw The Queen's Diamond Jubilee, marking 60 years since the Queen's Accession. On 6 February 2017, the Sapphire Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, marking sixty-five years of her reign, occurred.
