According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon pushing a triple pram (female) is 4 hr 6 min 33 sec and was achieved by Ann Marie Cody (USA) at the 2018 Modesto Marathon in Modesto, California, USA, on 11 March 2018. Ann Marie made her record-breaking attempt with her triplets in the pram. She chose to break this record to raise awareness and funds for premature and ill babies in neonatal intensive care units.
