According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest mile in a bomb disposal suit is 7 min 24.21 sec and was achieved by Mark Gibbs (UK) in Perth, UK, on 22 December 2017.Mark attempted this record at the George Duncan Athletics Arena to raise money for Felix Fund-The Bomb Disposal Charity. It would also serve as a warm up for a half marathon attempt in 2018.
