According to Official Guinness Records,

In January 2011 researchers using the FLASH X-ray laser in Hamburg, Germany, revealed their technique for molecular movie making using ultra-fast X-ray pulses. Their result is a 2-frame movie of a micro-model of the Brandenburg Gate with a time interval of just 0.00000000000005 seconds, or 50 femtoseconds.
