According to Official Guinness Records,

According to the Fédération Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS), I Fernandez (Spain) skated 200 m on the road in a time of 15.879 seconds. The record took place in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy, on 9 December 2012.
