Most milk extracted in two minutes

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most milk extracted from a cow in two minutes is 4.5 litres (7.91 pt) and was achieved by Maurizio Paschetta (Italy), in Saluzzo, Cuneo, Italy, on 26 May 2012.
Maurizio Paschetta comes from a 4 generations family of farmers and he decided to attempt this record to show how important is work and tradition. In fact he extracts milk from his cows manually every day without using any mechanic device.
