According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest sport stacking doubles cycle stack is 5.953 seconds, achieved by William Polly and William Orrell (both USA), at the WSSA World Stacking Championships, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on 12 April 2015. This attempt was verified by the WSSA.
