According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to balance a dozen eggs is 51.90 sec and was achieved by Silvio Sabba (Italy) in Milan, Italy, on 26 January 2015. The attempt is successful when all eggs have remained simultaneously upright for a minimum of 10 seconds at the end of the attempt.
