According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to make an origami boat with the mouth is 3 minutes 34 seconds and was achieved by Gao Guangli (China) in Jining, Shandong, China, on 2 December 2017.Gao Guangli suffered from polio as a child and wanted to break the record to show he can still achieve amazing feats.
