The fastest time to pass through a toilet seat three times is 21.04 seconds and was achieved by Thaneswar Guragai (Nepal) at Guinness World Records HQ, in London, UK, on 8 August 2018.Thaneswar brought his toilet seat all the way from Nepal to London to attempt the record.
