Fastest time to visit all EU member states/countries

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to visit all EU member states/countries is 3 days, 22 hours, 39 minutes, achieved by Sabin Stanescu (Romania) between 05-09 September 2017.Sabin visited the 28 countries in the European Union with no support team and planned the entire trip on his own. The first country he visited was Ireland, while the final country he visited was Bulgaria. Due to a flight cancellation in Warsaw, he had to readjust his route. He also visited Serbia which is not an EU member. The purpose of Sabin's journey was to test his own limits and to break this record as a personal achievement.
