According to Official Guinness Records,

The first drone launched by winking was created and launched by Katia Vega (Brazil) at the Interactive Tabletops and Surfaces conference, St Andrews, UK, on 10 October 2013.Involuntary blinks where both eyes close are ignored by the system, but exaggerated winks trigger its output.
