First female to climb the Seven Summits

According to Official Guinness Records,

Junko Tabei (Japan, b. 22 Sep 1939, d. 20 October 2016) became the first woman to climb the Seven Summits (the highest peak on each continent) when she topped Puncak Jaya (or Carstensz Pyramid) on 28 June 1992. She then completed both the Kosciusko and Carstensz lists by summitting Elbrus on 28 July 1992.
