First Paralympic athlete to compete at the Olympic Games

According to Official Guinness Records,

The first Paralympian to compete at the Olympic Games was Neroli Fairhall (New Zealand), who competed in the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1984, after representing her country at the 1980 Summer Paralympics in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Fairhall competed in the archery competition, finishing in 35th place at the Olympics after winning gold at the Paralympics.
