First skull and scalp transplant

According to Official Guinness Records,

The first skull and scalp transplant to be received by a patient is James Boysen (USA) in Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas, USA on 22 May 2015.The transplant 15 hours and was conducted by Jesse Selber and a team of four plastic surgeons including; Mark Clemens, Matthew Hanasono, Edward Chang and Peirong Yu.
