First team to win ice hockey world championship and Olympic titles in the same year

According to Official Guinness Records,

When Sweden won the world hockey championship with a 4-0 shutout over the Czech Republic in Riga, Latvia on 21 May 2006, it was the second major international title in three months for the Swedes: they took the gold medal at the Turin Games, becoming the first country to win the world championship and the Olympics in the same year.
