First use of quad bikes in combat

According to Official Guinness Records,

A total of 200 upgraded quad bikes have been ordered for UK forces in Afghanistan, which will be used to deliver vital combat supplies. They are fitted with dual stretchers to evacuate two casualties at a time, thereby speeding up emergency treatment.
