The greatest distance on a motorcycle in 24 hours (individual) is 3406.17 km (2116.5 mi), and was achieved by Carl Reese (USA) at Continental Tire Proving Grounds in Uvalde, Texas, USA on 26 February 2017. Carl chose to make his record-breaking attempt to bring awareness to the veteran charity the Motorcycle Relief Project, a nonprofit organization that takes veterans suffering from PTSD and other injuries on 5-day adventure rides to decompress.
