Heaviest house pulled by a man

According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest house pulled by an individual weighed 35.9 tonnes (79,145 lb) and was achieved by Kevin Fast (Canada) who pulled the house a distance of 11.95 metres (39 ft 2.47 in) in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, on 18 September 2010.
The attempt was done in celebration of the launch of Guinness World Records 2011 and as part of a fundraising event for Habitat for Humanity Northumberland. It took Kevin 1 minute 1 second to pull the house.
