According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest weight lifted with glue is 16.09 tonnes (35,472 lb 6.4 oz), which was achieved by Deutsches Zentrum für Luft, aka the German Aerospace Center (Germany) at their facility in Cologne, Germany, on 22 September 2013.
The glue was applied to an area of just 39.6 cm².
