Heaviest weight lifted with the toes

According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest weight lifted with the toes is 23 kg (51 lb), achieved by Guy Phillips (UK) in Horning, Norfolk, UK, on 28 May 2011.
Guy used a dumbbell fitted with a strap to allow him to hold the weight using only his toes.
