Highest botanical gardens

According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest botanical gardens are Pamir Botanical Gardens near Khorog, Tajikstan, which are at an elevation of between 2,100-3,500 m (6,889-11,483 ft) above sea level. The 12-ha (29.6-acre) site was established in 1940 and currently has over 2,000 species of flora. The Betty Ford Alpine Garden in Vail, Colorado, USA is at an altitude of 2,499 m (8,200 ft).
