According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest jump out of water wearing a monofin is 2 m (6 ft 6.74 in) and was achieved jointly by Cesare Fumarola, Stefano Figini (both Italy) and Soliman Sayed (Egypt) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 27 April 2011.
