The highest static trapeze act took place at 3,159.25 m (10,365 ft) and was achieved by Anna Cochrane (New Zealand) in Ashburton, New Zealand, on 14 February 2016. During Anna's 5 minutes and 12 second performance her maximum altitude reached was 3,405.23 m (11,172 ft). She suffered a dislocated rib a few minutes into her routine but continued on to raise $1700 for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a child mentoring programme based in New Zealand. Anna said "I am really proud of how all the team of experts came together, it’s still unbelievable that it actually happened! A little part of me thought that this was all too big and it couldn’t happen but the whole thing went so smoothly. I am so lucky to have had the perfect people involved to help me achieve it!"
