According to Official Guinness Records,
The largest advertising poster measures 28,922.10 m² (311,314 ft²), and was achieved by Arby’s (USA) in Monowi, Nebraska, USA, on 13 June 2018.The advertisement was created to announce Arby’s transition to Coca-Cola products, and reads “Arby’s Now Has Coke.” Monowi was selected as the location, because it is considered the smallest town in America according to the US census, with a single resident who acts as mayor, librarian and bartender.
