According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest ancient ceremonial Mexican dance consisted of 260 participants and was organized by Municipio de Teotihuacán (Mexico), in Teotihuacán, Estado de México, Mexico, on 17 July 2016.After the record attempt, the participants continued dancing for over two more hours.
