Largest social/global development project competition

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest social/global development project competition consisted of 267 completed submissions and was achieved by Campus Party (Mexico), in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, on 2 July 2016.The award for the winning project was 1,000,000 Mexican pesos. The winning project's goal is to bring internet to rural villages.
