According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of tea bag covers is 743 and was achieved by Márta Menta Czinkóczky (Hungary) in Herceghalom, Hungary, as verified on 12 July 2018.Márta has been collecting tea bag covers for seven years. She has wanted to become a record breaker since receiving her first Guinness World Records book for Christmas when she was 13 years old.
