Largest gathering of people dressed as fruits/vegetables

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest gathering of people dressed as fruits/vegetables consists of 888 people, achieved by Aisaina World Challenge Executive Committee (Japan) at Kusatsu River, in Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan, on 23 April 2017. Everyone dressed up as aisaina, which is a relatively new cultivar of wasabina, a leafy vegetable that tastes somewhat like the wasabi plant.
