According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest gathering of people dressed as Spider-Man is 547 And was achieved by Marvel Entertainment LLC (USA) and Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe (UK), in Stockholm, Sweden, on 16 September 2018.The attempt was organised by Nordisk Film Distribusjon - PlayStation Nordic to celebrate the launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man game for PlayStation®4 in the Nordics. The attempt made at Comic Con Stockholm that brings together popular comic culture categories such as gaming, comics, animation, gadgets, clothing and toys.
