Largest high-speed rail network

According to Official Guinness Records,

China has the longest high-speed rail network (routes with an average speed of 200 km/h –124.27 mph – or higher), with more than 20,000 km (12,427 miles) as of January 2017. That's more than all the high-speed rail networks in the rest of the world combined. There are plans to lay a further 15,000 km (9,320 miles) by 2025.
