According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human jigsaw puzzle piece consists of 789 participants, and was achieved by A.G. Cox Middle School (USA) in Winterville, North Carolina, USA, on 4 April 2017. The students and staff of A.G. Cox Middle School attempted this record to raise awareness of autism throughout the school system and community during National Autism Awareness Month.
