Largest lentil stew According to Official Guinness Records,
The largest lentil stew is 2,365 kilograms (5,213 lb 15 oz) and was made by Pontyn S.A. with its brand Emigrante (Uruguay) in Montevideo, Uruguay, on 13 September 2015. Along with lentils, the soup had sausage, onion, potatoes, tomatoes, and sal. The soup was sold to visitors at the Expo Prado fair and the profits went to Fundación Teletón Uruguay, a non-profit that works with children with disabilities.
