Largest mortarboard

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest mortarboard measures 6 m x 6 m (19 ft 8 in x 19 ft 8 in) was set by HQ Link and the Bahrain Convention & Exhibition Bureau and displayed at the Career, Education and Training Middle East 2006 exhibition in Manama, Bahrain on 18 April 2006.
6m x 6m are the dimensions of the top of the cap.
