Largest parachute freeflying head-down formation

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest freeflying head-down formation consisted of 108 parachutists and was formed by an international team over Chicago, Illinois, USA on 31 July 2009. The record was officially ratified by the FAI in October 2009
