According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest peanut mazapan candy weighed 8,296.1 kg (18,289.77 lb) and was successfully achieved by Mazapán de la Rosa S.A. de C.V. (Mexico), at Plaza Fundadores, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, on 19 July 2018.The peanut mazapan candy measured 3 meters in diameter by 1.20 meters in height.In order to prepare the peanut mazapan, 70 people worked for three hours and used 4,343 kg of sugar;4,009 kg of peanut and 400 ml of flavoring.
